Hey there, I recently added Amp Futures CQG cash Index data to my account. I get the index data just fine but nasdaq total volume and tick index do not come through. More specifically, X.US.NDX works well but X.US.NTV and X.US.NASTIC give a "symbol unknown to the server" error. I also tried just ^NASTIC but nothing. I called ampfutures and they confirmed that all the proper data is being sent on their end. Here's the most updated index symbol list, they sent me a few hours ago. https://www.ampfutures.com/trading-info/cqg-supported-indexes/ Also, the index data does not seem to update by the millisecond, it always updates at 1 second or greater; whereas, the e-mini updates by the millisecond. Is this normal for cash indices or is the provider just slower on this 1 symbol? Any help is greatly appreciated.
