The Time and Sales window is associated with a specific chart. As such, if you have Chart specific graphics settings (i.e. you have gone to Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and on that window deselected the option for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings"), then you would need to use that same window to change the font size for the Time and Sales Window. In other words, select Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and change the font for the Time and Sales window there.
