Thank you but I am still having an issue. I went through all the IB Real Time Indexes in Sierra, but not found one Index coming from Interactive Brokers DJ Global Indices that I subscribed for in IB. There is data coming from Dow Jones Indices in Sierra's IB Real Time Indexes, such as $DOWI but it does not update in real time when I try to create intraday chart. The chart shows intraday candles but does not update real time as it seems to be coming from Dow Jones Indices and not DJ Global Indices that I subscribed in IB. Is this because you don't support Interactive Brokers - DJ Global Indices data stream? As well when I go to Search in IB Indexes Real Time and type in Dow Jones Indices, click on open intraday Chart, I get a message in Sierra saying " Symbol settings not found for current service" Can you please clarify. Thank you
