I have just made a AMP futures account and want it linked to this platform so I can access live data. however its given me a new account when I already have one and its saying I don't have a subscription but I have level 5 subscription I want to get back to trading ASAP however this is made much more complex than it actually should be. I would like some assistance in setting it up before this weekend as its taken over 10 days to get to the stage at where I'm at now.
