We have added a new option on the Trade >>Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns settings window called Use Size Suffix. This controls whether a column displays the data in the Large Integer with Suffix format or not. By default this option is enabled, so the numbers will display in the Large Integer with Suffix format unless turned off.
