Hello, I have followed SC's recommendation and signed up for the Denali data feed plus TT execution. I am disappointed with the quality of the reports I'm able to extract from your system (Trade Account Data page) and could not find support material anywhere, thus this ticket. Issues as follows: 1) reports generated by SC software do not take into consideration the real commissions incurred but only the amounts input by the user 2) account balances are not real time and lag quite a bit 3) impossible to download custom reports 4) trade execution listings do not include commissions. 5) account balance history does not work How to correct these issues? |
