The message log shows the same thing, that for some reason the symbol F.US.CLEZ20 is not being recognized properly, even though everything about the symbol looks fine. We want you to go to File >> Find Symbol and select the F.US.CLEZ20 symbol from that list (do not open it any other way, you must use the Find Symbol page) and open an Intraday chart. Let us know if that opens properly or if there is the same problem with the Symbol Error.
