The first thing to do is to set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to about 10 Seconds or higher: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Might be best to use 1 Minute for now. And then delete all of the Intraday data files following these instructions: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File And then fresh data will be downloaded in the larger time unit after when the Chartbooks are opened.
