Cannot get Sierra Charts to open/run. Purchased the $36 pkg so I can see TPO charts. I have downloaded (I think) but cannot get the software to open. I have a Sierra desktop icon so I think it has downloaded buit will not open. I have attempted to disable all firewalls/ Message says " May Harm Computer" but I tell it to proceed anyway..but nothing happens. Been working on this for days now.. need help to get going please. Using a 5 yr old Dell Desktop w Pentium, CPO 3.4Ghz, 4 Gigs RAM, windows 10. Thanks. |
