In order to qualify as a Non-Professional, you need to have a trading account. Therefore, when you are filling out the agreements, you need to enter the trading account information. If you do not have a trading account, then the CME charges you as a Professional, and that is why you are being put into that classification. If you do not have a trading account, we recommend using this option for a minimal amount: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Also, when you signed the CME Non-Professional Certification, you selected the option No to the question Certified as Non-Professional. You need to select Yes. Please take care of these items and then you will be classified as a Non-Professional.
