Now I found out that the indexes are very well available when selecting SC All Services as data/trading service. Still the question not answered how you not provide support to your own index/data service. When selecting IB as trading service together with SC data feed the indexes I am looking for are simply not available as the symbol list is not accurate. I cannot open 2 feeds without paying for it and honestly I do not see why I should do that because I am paying already for the indexes, but I cannot access them because they are not mapped when using IB as broker. So how should this be fixed then please?
