With regards to the funds, you had $26.12 in your account when you added the $84.00. Therefore, you had enough to cover the cost of the Package 5 renewal. You can always view what monies are going into and out of your account by looking at your Transaction Log. It is available on your Account Control Panel as a link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. You can also access it through this link and then logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog We have discontinued your Additional System, so this will save you $12.00 per month. You are still able to run Sierra Chart on 2 different computers at the same time. Note that this does not relate to data. Now, with regards to data, since you do not have an external support, then you will need to pay for the Real-Time data from us. If you are only interested in the U.S. Equities data, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. The total cost for this would be $35.50 ($25 for the data feed itself and $10.50 for the exchange fee).
