If I am not mistaken I think I signed up for Streaming data, I have not been getting streaming data feed.
My charts has not been moving while the market is.
Please explain what could be the problem.

We see that you have not completed the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Please complete this document on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Again, you just need to complete the document for the Delayed Data (Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data).

I am not sure I understand your response. Did I subscribed to delayed data or streaming data?
What I wanted was what I always had subscribed to since I have been with you. If my subscription was for delayed data, please let me know so I may upgrade to my usual level of data feed.

We do not see that you have ever had any Real-Time data subscription with us, therefore you must have been using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed.

We have been asking our users to fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data for a number of months now, in order to ensure that they will have continued access to this data. It is part of the process we need to go through based on the rules set by the CME Group.

Therefore, please fill out and sign the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data on this page:

I think there is a misunderstanding along the way. For as long as I have been with you I have been subscribing to Service Package # 5 for which I have paid in the most recent cycles about $109/3month. Was this delayed data cost? On Sept. 9 last week I paid you $84.00 less than the $109.00 . I should have had a credit with you for $50.00 for which I paid for Telephone support that you decided you could not do or did not want to do.

I did not fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for delayed Data because that not my interest. If the $84.00 mentioned above did not have accompanied credit could that be the reason why I did not get Service Package # 5 which I assume is streaming data. If I made a mistake please advise he difference in cost for streaming data. I am assuming here the quarterly payment that I have been paying over the years was for data. You said you do not see me having Real-Time data with you before. if not what was I subscribing to.

Please explain.

Yes, there does appear to be a misunderstanding. The main item is that the Sierra Chart packages do not include Real-Time data for the CME Group or for many other exchanges. Refer to the following for what Real-Time data is included with the packages:
Real-Time Data

The Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which has the Streaming Delayed Data from the CME Group, that is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds is available to all Sierra Chart customers on Package 3 or Package 5. There is no additional cost for this data. But, we do require that you fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data so that we have it on record and can show it to the CME Group should they require it. Again, this document can be found here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

It looks like you may have received Real-Time data from one of our supported services in the past. But right now, your Data/Trade Service Setting is showing that you are connected to SC Data - All Services, which means that you are not connected to a trading service or other data service. Therefore, if you want to have Real-Time data, then you would need to get this through us, by signing up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for the CME Group) or the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for other exchanges (like EUREX).

In terms of what you are paying, you have been paying us for the use of Sierra Chart at Package 5 on a quarterly basis. The current cost for this is $97.20. You are also paying $12.00 per month for 1 additional system (which allows you to run Sierra Chart on 3 different computers at the same time).

If you would like to make any changes, let us know and we will help you through the process.

Yes ,you have acknowledged the service I have been paying for is the SC Package # 5 on a quarterly basis, using an external support. I am no longer with an external support. I am now connected with Sierra Chart Exchange data feed. What I am currently hook up to is what I think I need to have providing, it give me Realtime Streaming Data for Equity Stock and stock options. The current cost as stated is $97.20/quarter which is about what I had been paying. The $12.00 should not apply because I only utilize your data on a single computer.
One thing I am not clear on is there a difference between the Denali Exchange data feed and the SC Data feed?

What I paid you on 09/09/20 was $84.00. Did I have a credit with you that would cover the required $97.20? If the amount was not satisfied please inform me of the difference in order to have the service I stated I require.

With regards to the funds, you had $26.12 in your account when you added the $84.00. Therefore, you had enough to cover the cost of the Package 5 renewal.

You can always view what monies are going into and out of your account by looking at your Transaction Log. It is available on your Account Control Panel as a link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. You can also access it through this link and then logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog

We have discontinued your Additional System, so this will save you $12.00 per month. You are still able to run Sierra Chart on 2 different computers at the same time. Note that this does not relate to data.

Now, with regards to data, since you do not have an external support, then you will need to pay for the Real-Time data from us. If you are only interested in the U.S. Equities data, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. The total cost for this would be $35.50 ($25 for the data feed itself and $10.50 for the exchange fee). Refer to the information about this data feed here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed
