In your Main Instance of Sierra Chart go to the chart for ESZ20 and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Wait for the data to be redowloaded. If this is a Continuous Contract, then just select the data for the ESZ20 contract.

Then go to the sub-instance for the same symbol and do the same thing in the sub-instance (Edit >> Delete All Data and Download).

The volume message is because you are using a Continuous contract with Volume based rollover, but there is no data back to 2000. Refer to the information here for how much data is available from Sierra Chart:

Just change the amount of data you are loading to not go back that far and you should no longer get those messages. Refer to the information here:
