Hi again, I followed all the setup instructions but I am still not receiving Data Feed. Instead I get the following error message:

Connect to Data Feed | Current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2020-09-07 15:47:04.054 *

However, I get my SC service package through my FCM and its paid and up-to-date.
Also, I went to the Data/Trade Service Settings and the data feed choices indicate "Not enabled on package"
So, Im starting to think that there may be an issue with my service package?

[Hi, I am not receiving any data feed (CQG) on my trading platform #XXXXXX. Initially, I was receiving Denali data feed then I changed to CQG through my broker (AMP). I also paid a -$63.00 balance that I owed. Can you please assist to connect my data feed?
Edit: I also changed platform access from Sierra Charts to Service Package 5 through my broker (AMP).]
