How can I access the record of my payment of fees? About $36.00 seems missing from my account. On July 25 I had a balance of 24.40. I deposited $151.00 7/26. My new balance was 175.40. On Aug 1 $87.40 was deducted, my regular monthly fee. New balance should have been $88.00 -- enough to pay $87.40 Sep 1. Yet I received several email notices that my balance 8/30 was only $52.00 What happened to the $36? |
