The situation with that server is now stable and we will be updating the memory over the weekend. We have filled in the missing historical data on that system. It did have a limited amount of memory which has been sufficient in the past but we are dramatically increasing it to 256 GB which is far in excess of what is needed but we want to be on the safe side. What has happened on Monday was there was a use of the system paging file which does not deliver the kind of performance that the server requires for real-time processing.
