Yes, we understand. For the time being just follow the procedure we gave in our prior post and you will be fine. You do not have to remove or re-add your Chartbooks to the list of files to automatically open. You just need to close your Chartbooks with File >> Close Chartbooks. And reconnect to the data feed. Wait about 10 seconds and then reopen the Chartbooks. This is all. Nothing more to it than that.

We of course are going to take care of this problem. We have looked into it and determined the problem and we will have a new release out today. You can definitely count on us for that. We are not going to leave a problem like this unsolved. We are on top of these things immediately.
