We had an issue with one of the servers for the SC Exchange Data Feed on 2020-08-24. We are working now on remedying the problem. The primary issue was that the system was getting low on available memory and was not performing optimally. We are dramatically increasing the amount of memory on this server and it has been restarted. This was causing issues with the Sierra Chart market market statistics data feed and other interruptions and performance issues with other exchange feeds. In the morning we switched the market statistics data feed to our other server. This issue had no effect upon Forex data or the Denali data feed. When we began to notice problems, we transferred users over to our other server. To download any missing historical Intraday data you have in your charts due to this issue, follow these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
