Hi, two days in my trial period, while attempting to configure TPO charts, I would go back and delete files/folders and start over. At one point, all the symbols I had with the default data services were gone. I have tried everything to get it back, even re-installing the software, but the symbols are still gone. While checking the documentation, I tried to use [ Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update From Server ], but it doesn't work, and this is the message I get in the message log: Requested symbol settings for service code scdataallservices. Request ID: 2. | 2020-07-25 11:28:49.918 Symbol settings received. Request ID: 2. | 2020-07-25 11:28:52.664 The response for symbol settings was empty, so the symbol settings file was not created or modified. | 2020-07-25 11:28:52.664 * Source file does not exist when saving backup of file. No backup made. | 2020-07-25 11:29:03.113 Any ideas? |
