Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration Other things that we can see that we think may be the issue. First, is make sure that your Volume Threshold of 30 is not too high. If there are not trades above 30, then there is nothing to show. Lower this down to 1 or 2 and make sure you are getting data displaying. Second, you have the option for Use Transparent Draw Style set to Yes. It is possible that the transparency is set to 100, which is why you would not see anything. Turn this off to ensure that you are able to see the data.
