I am with AMP and using SC Package 3 with Sierra Routing/Denali for trading CME Index Futures. When you sign up with AMP, during signup, just indicate to them you want to use SC and Denali. SC Package 3 is free. Package 5 is additional charge. AMP will setup the Denali service with SC for you. Sign the paperwork in your SC account when notified. As I recall, that's pretty much it. Be careful about checking the "Lower Trading Margin" offer during signup because I'm pretty sure it means paying higher commissions. Margins are already low enough, anyway. You can have all charges related to SC come out of your AMP account automatically, which makes things much easier.
