I had 3 fills today, first ever live on SC.
The last fill was sent to server at 11:11 (NY time).
After any of fills the account balance on Sierra Chart was not changed.
I could only read NPL from trade window but opening "Acc. Balances Window" still has an old value i.e. before todays fills.
I was also updating SC a couple days ago if that matters.

So I chatted about this with amp desk around 11:25 and they confirmed the balance changed and they had correct balance value and I still could not see it on the platform. They also check that all is fine on their end.
Suddenly during chatting with desk the balance finally changed on the SC platform.
So I was waiting almost whole 16 minutes to see a changed balance.

But this is not the end. I tried to check the balance via online acces here https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TradeAccountDataAndOrderEntry&Service=tt_order_routing.dtc.trading#AccountBalance and there is still visible an old balance value ie before today's fills.

Summarizing, these are my first ever live trades on futs on the regulated market and wanted to be sure that all is working ok but here I can see some important lags as above and now AMP asked me to direct this issue to SC.
So AMP has correct balance value, SC platform received correct balance value after around 16 minutes, SC through web acces still has balance value ie old value before today's fills.
