Hello! Unfortunately (at least apparently) I'm having the same issue... Data/Trade Service Settings is set to SC Data - All Services [data] I tried to download an intraday chart for DAX future. In the bottom left corner of my screen I see "DYU20 1 Min #1", highlighted in blue color. All the rest of the screen is black. Thank you!
