I realize that you can go into hand mode (Alt-H) and click and drag the chart horizontally and I know you can click and drag the y-axis up/down to pan the chart vertically. But what I REALLY want to do is click the left mouse button on the chart and just be able to pan the chart with 360 degrees of freedom. When you're trading a fast moving trading instrument, it's simply the fastest and most comfortable way to adjust the chart to keep the current price bars away from the borders. On fast charts, like a 10 second on the NQ futures, this is something I've really loved using (from one of your competitors).

But let me ask it this way. Since this charting package has been around for over 15 years, I'm pretty sure the developers have zero interest in implementing this feature. If they did, it would have been done a long time ago.

So here's the real question:

Is it possible for me to programatically add this 360 degree panning feature as a Study to a chart? Are all the needed routines there to make adjustments to the orientation of the chart itself relative to the high/low price on the x-axis and low/high time on the x-axis available?
