Thanks for the reply. This sounds like it could be the problem. So what pass and username am I to log in with now? The original you sent me that has expired when I first signed up to Sierra? When I sign in with that user and password it says, "Your paid usage time has ended. Your account is in Free Mode..." and appears to have loaded data but is not connected to a feed. Is it from here that I now try and connect with my Earn2Trade/Rithmic data feed? One other thing. When I go to the Data/Trade Service Settinsg all of the feeds named have "Not enabled on package" beside them including the Rithmic choice. Does this have any significance? I am assuming I should be choosing Rithmic here, but it also says not enabled on package. But when I choose Rithmic and use my user and password from them through Earn2Trade it doesn't even try to connect. I just want to make sure I know how to test this.
