Hi, I was getting the above error (10061) on a new install at my office computer of Sierra charts and am unable to download any historical intra day data . I have attempted to simply link an API from bitmex in hope it would help but it hasn't.
I cannot download any historical data at the moment and using Port 80 does not work. I have had the IT guys try to work things out for me but they were unsuccessful. They did open ports 10149,10150,10043 & 10044. Is there anything that is recommended to fix this error?
