Hey Guys I got this from TST. Hello, The log in details in the email are for your T4 Simulated platform. Sierra Charts are fully enabled on our end and you're correct that your Sierra Chart setting needs to be in Live mode. You may need different, Sierra Chart-specific log in information, but unfortunately I do not have those specifics. I would advise you to contact Sierra Chart support. I downloaded the pre-release plus set it to sim which does connect but now I'm told it needs to run live. Which it doesnt connect when live only sim. I get the following....
