You are not subscribed to the CME Exchange that includes the Market Depth. There is no other way to get the Market Depth other than to pay for it. Also, be aware that the exchange fees are not pro-rated. Therefore, if you activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" today (June 26, 2020), you will pay $31.20 for these last 4 days of June and then pay $31.20 again on July 1, 2020 for July.
