Update: This happened when I clicked the option "set custom (drawing) tool" through "customize control bar" as well, turns out. Froze for a whole hour before dialog popped up. If I didn't have a reason to wait I could kill the task, and that did fix it for a couple of settings adjustments, but I had closed the program before and the issue did come back. No issue with SC freezing with anything else, so just something to bring to your attention. Thanks
