This is out of our control. It will not help to have any discussion with them on this. They did indicate they will be offering streaming account balance updates at some point but we have no idea when that would be.

At the present time slow account balance updates is an inherent limitation of the Sierra Chart order routing service.

The definitive resolution to this will be when we offer our direct order routing to the CME which will not involve TT in any way. That is currently being worked on. The less questions we get on this Support Board the more time we can finish with that.

To speed up account balance updates, You need to change the Primary Server (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting) to Server 1 or 4.

There is a slight increase in order routing latency of about 1.5 ms using those servers.
