I've been a SC user for about 4 years (I am familiar with SC) with this existing account number and am making these changes: About 6 months ago I closed the AMP Futures account associated with this SC account number and have not used SC since then. I opened SC with an offer from AMP and was using real time streaming.
Now, today, 6 months later I want to enable SC again with these changes: 1. Installing SC on a new computer; 2. Using SC Historical Daily Delayed Data.
I have logged in with this existing account number and downloaded SC on the new computer and am not being allowed access; Message log states "Current Service Package Does Not Support This Function".

I know that most problems can be resolved if a person will read the documentation! In reading Help Topic 57 I noticed the statement "If you have mistakenly received this message based on the fact that you have paid....etc...you might be using the wrong account". Could that be the problem - ? My old account is invalid and I've signed up for a new service on an invalid account? How do I solve this?
Also, I am presently opening a new account with Gain Capital and will have OEC. Any advice would be appreciated in interfacing the two. I will likely continue to use SC for my charting and may use it for trade entries.
