1. When you specify the Server, the port number needs to have a : in front of it. Like this:
1.1.1.1:100

2. You need to specify the Sender Comp ID. Please ask your broker for this.

3. WARNING: Your computer's clock is off by 54 seconds. This will also prevent the connection.
