The account data is not "syncing" with my broker service.

Specifically:

1. Balance data is not updating.
2. Open P/L and Daily P/L not updating, I get nothing but zeros.

Actions already taken:

1. Contacted my broker and attempted to resolve situation.
2. Reviewed my Data/Trade Service settings & confirmed correct login credentials. (Username, password, Server type)

---(since I am currently using a demo acct., I am set to the sim server.)
--since
