This is going to be improved upon with CTS T4 FIX. For now select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. Normally you should just need to go to Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service. We assume you are referring to an actual open order on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Position >>Orders tab.
