I have been trying to understand all this for last 2-3 months and I think need more than a 1 liner response to get a handle on this. From this discussion, I think I should discontinue my IBKR data feed and just connect my live IBKR account (with its API settings) with the SC Exchange Data Feed which is more reliable. Is my understanding correct? If this is the case then why do I need a subscription to the BATS exchange? It looks like there are two options only (It is for Stocks Trading only): 1. Just stick to the IBKR Data feed (although you guys have many issues with it) - No SC Exchange Data Feed and BATS Exchange 2. Use the IBKR account (without IBKR data feed) connected to the SC Exchange Data Feed - Again no BATS Exchange subscription. Would appreciate your response. I am sure one of those data feed is redundant. Regards,
