As we go through this, this is not exactly supported:
Parent Order : Sell X of quantity 1 at 1760 with stop limit and stop child orders
Child 1 Stop Limit: Buy X with Stop Price 1770 and Limit Price 1780
Child 2 Stop : Buy X with Stop Price 1781

Once the stop is triggered at 1770 and the price were to move immediately up to 1780 and then beyond and then you want to get out with a stop market at 1781 or higher, then effectively this is just the same as using a stop market at 1770.

We do not see any benefit to the configuration that you have. We put together a trade window configuration using a stop limit order with a 21 tick offset for the limit price.
