Go to the folder where Sierra Chart is installed (C:\SierraChart, is the default) and look for the file named "SierraChart_64". This is an executable file (.exe). Try double clicking to start the program from that file directly. If that does not work, then also try the file named "SierraChart", which is the 32-bit version of the application.
