a- I have updated Sierra chart successfully.
b- Well "live data" was kind of the reason I paid the service from being on trial so I could get a "real feel" ..I already have two charting tools one is "delayed" so I don't need another one ...I wish I was told about that before starting to pay for the service especially as I got blank chart on friday and ended up "loosing the equivalent of 4 days of subscription with bank holiday on Monday" .

When I was on trial I asked by email and I was told / or more accurately sent to the Denali data feed link...and it was my understanding I could get the first month free for live data .
so I signed up , paid for service and started the process etc...except the Denali data feed I needed to give a trading account name etc..So my question is whether support can set this up for me please because there is no point for me as it is ..it's disappointing as I was so looking forward to it ...in essence I a paying and I am having same as a trial without the profile ..my profile charts are blank.

So by how much is it delayed please ?

I am also confused as there is a US30 and the YMM20 and I don't get the same price and there's a substantial difference ..what is US30 ? ( I've compared with the "cash" market and it is not that either )

Please let me know about the one month Denali live feed as I need to contact "account" otherwise.

PS : I was unable to use the "market replay" ..did not work...there's a pop up menu with 3 choices ..which one is correct ?
