I have tried Sierra for a few days but as for the first trial I was unable to get real live data ..so my charts would only update at end of day ..or some would start to update then stop etc...
I've sent emails and I was told that I probably did not get "real time" data...that I would need to activate account ...whcih I did today.
I also said I had no trading account/ no broker and wanted to use the charts to learn in real market conditions etc...I was referred to the link about Denali data feed ..so long story short here I am trying to activate it ( free the first month ) but to complete the "agreement" at the bottom of the "agreement page" ..one needs to indicate broker name/ trading account number ... then there's the page to activate Denali /one needs to select the CME service we want ..I could not find one corresponding to the monthly fee so I clicked on " CME for non professional with market depth" at $10 a month and it does not work ..unable to activate I get following message :

Failed to activate the 'CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.
The Data Feed is not enabled on the account.


i have tried several times .
...I have paid for the month starting today but still no live data feed enabled ...this is so confusing , can it be resolved please ? It's the second sleepless night just to navigate the site , learning the features etc... Can you please let me know how to proceed / can you help me with this issue or else I am unable to use Sierra service ..and I just activated the account.PLEASE
