Hello! Thank you for your time. I am new to using Sierra Charts. I am trying to connect Rithmic as my Data Feed but am having an issue. It connects for a second then disconnects. I noticed it is giving an error code 10061. I was wondering if you could please help me with connecting this? I am aware Rithmic will be gone by the end of this year. I would like to use them however until then.

I have submitted a Message Log of this issue via "Send For Analysis" as well. If I need to I am open to using the Paid Remote Assistance option to resolve this issue.
