No comments are not for a custom header or description. Here is the documentation for them: Spreadsheet Menu: Spreadsheet >> Edit Comment . I've also added comments but then lost them because they are hidden unless I pick the right cell and toggle Show Comment. There is a marker at the lower left of the cell indicating there is a comment. The color can be change to something more bright and noticeable.
