Hello, I have recently made payments for denali data feed for SC Order Routing Service. I have submitted a Sierra Chart Order Routing Service Trading Account Assignment Request Form to connect to my AMP trading account. I have noticed that the data is not loading properly in my sierra chart. What is the cause of this? Did I miss a step in the data feeding connection process? Is this because the routing service request form has not been processed? Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon. |
