You can pay for your Sierra Chart software usage in blocks of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months at a time. As you pay up front for more months, you get a larger discount on the Per Month equivalent payment. For example, 1 month of Package 5 is $36.00 USD per month, and each month that amount will be deducted from your Account Balance. If you pay for 12 months up front, you pay a total of $302.40 USD or the equivalent of $25.20 USD per month, meaning you get a 30% discount, but the full amount has to be deducted up front. We do not just take the amount of the balance in your account and determine the amount of time available from that. Therefore, it is up to you as to how you want to pay for the usage. But, if you do not have the full amount available for the time frame that you have chosen (which was 12 months previously) then it will not automatically renew.
