But what about the 128.32 USD which is still remaining in the account. Why you are not letting it become zero? Then only will I renew it! That is equivalent to atleast 4 months of usage time. Isnt it? I dont understand this recharging of account much before it becomes zero? This means if I make a payment of 175 USD, again you will ask for a payment after 7-8 months saying, the balance is not there! I am confused!
