Hi Support -

I've gotten the "Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trade routing is not available now" error message intermittently with the CQG WebAPI, usually happening on weekends - assuming this due to their server and/or API maintenance.

I've followed the link to "Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data" and read the material and want to switch over to this Routing method.

The steps are straight forward but have a few questions -

1. Is there any interruption to existing routing while the TT route is being enabled?
2. Once I submit the request, what's the average time to get this enabled with the broker (Dorman in this case)?
3. Per SC recommendation when I set up originally, I already have Denali data enabled with my CQG Web API route. Does this affect setup for the new TT route? i.e. do I have to pay twice as this is transitioned?

BTW - Thanks for doing the work on Denali and this new Order Route Service ... The data with the crazy volumes of the last couple of months was super responsive and didn't have any data issues at all. I'm really happy with the SC platform.
