Well, apparently not, since if I already have an SC account, they require you to activate some things on my account. If I did not already have an SC acct, then perhaps. But this seems like something that wasn't completely thought out - if a user already has an SC acct and wants to activate the Denali/TT service through their broker and pay the fees through their broker, the broker requires SC to do some of the setup on the existing account.
