Can I be setup with remote assistance? I have found it really confusing to get the scaling and everything configured properly especially with number bars and volume/market profile. If there are guides for setting those tools up that are available, I would appreciate that. Otherwise, I think remote assistance is the best option for me. I created another support ticket regarding getting remote assistance but have not received a response just yet. (understandable as you guys are very busy). Please let me know!
