Dear Support, I trade the ES Futures Contract, directly from the chart only, currently in Sim mode. I have hotkeys set up to buy and sell at market. I always have the "Use Attached Orders" button checked, with a simple stop set at two ticks. When this setup works successfully, two lines appear on the chart when I press the hotkey to buy or sell: A line showing the stop and a line showing my current position (profit/loss). Unfortunately, about one time in ten, after pressing the hotkey, only one line appears (which usually causes me to take an immediate loss). Can you shed some light on why this is happening? Thank you!
