SLOW response time for a critical issue. I'm trying the following: Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating In the meanwhile, having a DOM that shows INCORRECT pnl and chart bars not updating while at the same time showing a price that doesn't relate to bars on the chart is a big deal! I'm VERY concerned this may happen again! The fact I fixed it by restarting Sierra Chart 4 times is not a reason for this to fall by the wayside. |
